1. Overview

This website is operated by GenPets. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GenPets. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our products are pet food and treats designed for animal consumption. Products must be used only as directed. Always supervise your pet while feeding treats and ensure availability of fresh drinking water.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and other information are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is always error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payments must be completed before order processing.

We use secure third-party payment gateways and are not liable for issues arising from payment providers.

6. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be issued.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our products, opened pet treats are non-returnable. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items within the defined time window.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and designs, is the property of GenPets and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, feedback, or content, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and share it. You confirm that the content does not violate any rights or laws.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ambala.
